Created in 2012 as a resource for Internal Medicine residents at Stanford University, Diagnosis (dx) is a website aimed to consolidate the most important links, contact information, and education resources for residents.

The site is curated by attending physician Dr. Errol Ozdalga, a former Stanford resident.
